Email contact@cdia.co.uk. Tell us what you were doing and what you saw. If CDIA has started, Help > Support & Contact has a Copy Diagnostics button that puts the version, build and AI status on your clipboard; paste that into the email. Please do not send project documents unless we ask for them and you are content to share them.

Subscription and billing

Use Manage Subscription to update your payment method, view invoices or cancel. It opens the Stripe billing portal; enter the email address you subscribed with.

For anything the portal cannot do, email contact@cdia.co.uk from the address on the subscription.
